IN APPENDIX I TO THE GPA 2012 AS EXPRESSED
IN NATIONAL CURRENCIES FOR 2024‑2025

Pursuant to the agreed
procedures (_GPA/1, Annex 3), delegations have been
invited to notify their respective threshold values in national currencies.
The information notified by Norway for the period 2024-2025 is
reproduced below.

2 PERIOD OF VALIDITY
FOR THE THRESHOLD
The threshold levels provided above will
apply to the period starting on 1 January 2024 and ending on
31 December 2025.
3 METHOD OF
CALCULATION
The calculation of the threshold in national currencies is based on
the daily average exchange rates of the Norwegian
Kroner (NOK) in terms of the Special Drawing Right (SDR) over the two-year
period of November 2021 to October 2023 (SDR 1 = NOK 13,2968).
The value of the thresholds in NOK has been
expressed without the value-added tax (VAT) because Norway excludes VAT when
calculating the value of contracts.
