IN APPENDIX I OF THE GPA 2012 AS EXPRESSED
IN NATIONAL CURRENCIES FOR 2025-2026
The Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan,
Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu
Pursuant
to the agreed procedures (_GPA/1, Annex 3), delegations have been
invited to notify their respective threshold values in national currencies.
The information notified by the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu for the period 2025-2026 is
reproduced below.

2 PERIOD OF VALIDITY FOR THE THRESHOLD
The thresholds levels provided
above will apply to the period starting on 1 January 2025 and ending on 31
December 2026.
3 METHOD OF CALCULATION
The calculation of the threshold in national currencies is based on the daily average exchange rates of the New Taiwan
Dollar (NTD) in terms of the Special Drawing Right (SDR) over the two-year period from November 2022 to October 2024
(SDR 1 = NTD 41.9484).
