State-of-play as of 28 May 2024

Revision

This note systematically compiles general background documents of the Committee on Government Procurement (CGP) related to accessions to the GPA as well as other CGP documents[2] concerning: (i) pending GPA accession processes; (ii) GPA accession commitments of WTO Members that have not yet applied for accession to the GPA 2012; (iii) accessions to the GPA that have been concluded (before and after the entry into force of the GPA 2012); and (iv) the integration of additional WTO Members to the European Union's coverage under the GPA 2012. In addition, it contains an annex with a list of annual Committee reports and meeting records summarizing Committee discussions about specific GPA accessions.

This note will be updated periodically to reflect the latest developments.
