Report of the Interim Committee to the Committee on Government Procurement
The Interim Committee's Decision on Accession Negotiations to the Agreement on Government Procurement (1994) Prior to its Entry into Force (GPA/IC/M/1, Annex 1) calls for the Interim Committee to submit to the Committee on Government Procurement under the new Agreement a report on its examination of the request for accession. This report is drawn up in pursuance of this Decision.
The delegation of the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu expressed its interest in acceding to the Agreement on Government Procurement at the Interim Committee's meeting on 29 June 1994 and tabled a draft initial offer in a communication dated 16 March 1995, circulated in docu
