accession of THE SEPARATE CUSTOMS TERRITORY OF
TAIWAN, PENGHU, KINMEN AND MATSU
Decision of the Committee of 4 June 2009*
Addendum
The Committee on Government Procurement,
Having regard to the Committee's Decision (GPA/96) taken on 9 December 2008 with respect to accession to the Agreement on Government Procurement by the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (hereinafter referred to as "Chinese Taipei"); and
Having regard to the request for extension of that Decision that has been made by Chinese Taipei (GPA/ACC/TPKM/2 of 29 May 2009).
Decides as follows:
1. The period for submission of Chinese Taipei's instrument of accession pursuant to the Decision taken on 9 December 2008 (GPA/96) is hereby extended for one month, until 9 July 2009.
