The notified legal text is the Act on Partial Amendment to the Copyright Act (Act No. 20358, Promulgated on 27 February 2024).

 

The articles limiting an author's economic rights concerning use for the purpose of school education have been amended. Specifically, it revises Articles 25 and 104-2 to include certain educational and training institutions under the 'Act on Recognition of Credits, Etc.' as entities permitted to use works for the purpose of school education.
