Brief description of the notified legal text

The notified legal text is the Wholly Amended Enforcement Decree of the Library Act (Presidential Decree No. 33023, Promulgated on 06 December 2022), which partially amends the Enforcement Decree of the Copyright Act.

This amendment is a consequential revision following the wholesale amendment of the Enforcement Decree of the Library Act. It revises certain provisions of the Enforcement Decree of the Copyright Act to update references and terminology related to libraries to ensure consistency between the two decrees.
