Brief description of the notified legal text

 

The Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance 2025 repeals the Patents (Transitional Arrangements) Rules (Cap. 514 sub. leg. B) which have become obsolete, and amends and repeals certain provisions in the Patents Ordinance (Cap. 514), the Patents (General) Rules (Cap. 514 sub. leg. C), the Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap. 522) and the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528).
