Brief
description of the notified legal text
The Decree sets
out the terms and conditions for the collection of royalties for copyright,
related rights and expressions of national heritage, and establishes the
procedures and penalties applicable in that regard. It defines the scope of,
and general rules for, the pricing of royalties for copyright and the actual
rates for literary, audiovisual, dramatic, dramatic-musical, choreographic
and musical works and traditional cultural expressions, and for works of art.
It also establishes the rate of remuneration for fixed sound and audiovisual
performances.
