_Enactment of new subsidiary legislation under the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528)

 

To designate 25 eligible libraries, museums and archives as qualifying for a conditional statutory exemption from the criminal liability of the business end-user offence concerning possession of infringing copies of any of the four specified categories of copyright works (namely movies, television dramas, musical sound recordings or musical visual recordings) for use in business.
