penalty if the offender acts for commercial gain (in the case of a custodial
sentence, no monetary penalty applies).
(Introduced by provision II 2 of Annex 3 to
the Federal Law of 21 June 2013 on the protection of coats of arms (RO 2015
3679; FF 2009 7711). Amended by provision I 11 of the Federal Law of 17 December
2021 on the harmonization of sentencing policy, in force since 1 July 2023
(RO 2023 259; FF 2018 2889)).
