(Introduced by provision II 1 of Annex 3 to

3679; FF 2009 7711). Amended by provision I 10 of the Federal Law of 17 December
2021 on the Harmonization of Sentencing Policy, in force since 1 July 2023 (RO 2023 259;
FF 2018 2889)).
