Brief description of the notified legal text

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 195 of 21 February 2025 approves the updated version of the Procedure for Granting Permission by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to Use the Patented Invention (Utility Model) concerning Medicines. This updated Procedure replaces the version previously approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 877 of 4 December 2013.
