Amendment of the Schedule to the Layout-design (Topography) of Integrated Circuits (Designation of Qualifying Countries, Territories or Areas) Regulation (Cap. 445 sub. leg. B)

To update the list of qualifying countries, territories or areas under the domestic legislation for meeting the international obligations under the TRIPS Agreement of affording the same level of intellectual property protection for layout-designs (topographies) of integrated circuits to rightholders in other WTO member countries, territories or areas, as to those in Hong Kong, China.
