Brief description of the notified legal text

The Resolution details the scope of activities of representatives on intellectual property to plant varieties, defines their right under the law to take all necessary actions regarding applications and protection documents on plant varieties, and expands their responsibilities.

The Resolution excludes the provisions related to the registration of representatives by the Competent Authority, the procedure for obtaining and cancelling a representative's certificate, as well as Annexes 1-3 to the Regulation on Representatives on Intellectual Property to Plant Varieties, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19 August 2002 No. 1183.
