_In response to the amendments to provisions of the Trademark Act effective May 1, 2024, which introduce the accelerated examination mechanism for trademark registration applications and a trademark agent registration and management system, this Fee-charging Standards amendment incorporates provisions for the fees related to accelerated examination for trademark registration applications and for the registration or changes of trademark agent records. (Amended Articles 2 and 6)
