Brief description of the notified legal text The Public Health (Tobacco and Other Products) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024 (the Regulations) support the Public Health (Tobacco and Other Products) Act 2023 by repealing the Tobacco Advertising Prohibition Regulation 1993, the Tobacco Plain Packaging Regulations 2011 and the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Safety Standard) (Reduced Risk Cigarettes) Regulations 2008, along with making other consequential amendments.
