Accordingly, the
approved Regulations:
- define the legal status of intellectual
property representatives (patent attorneys) and regulate relations related to the acquisition,
exercise and termination of the right to engage in the activities of a patent attorney;
- define the powers of the Attestation
Commission and the Appeals Chamber, their composition, formation procedure, member requirements,
term of office, rules and procedures of their activities;
- define the procedure for maintaining the
State register of intellectual property representatives (patent attorneys), issuing
certificates to intellectual property representatives (patent attorneys) and providing extracts from the
Register.
