Brief description of the notified legal text

The Order approves the Rules of Procedure of the Appeals Chamber of the National Intellectual Property Authority.

These Rules define the functions of the Appeals Chamber, the procedure for consideration by the  Appeals Chamber of oppositions against decisions of the National Intellectual Property Authority regarding the acquisition of rights to intellectual property objects, applications for the invalidation of intellectual property rights, applications for recognition of a trademark as well-known in Ukraine, and other issues within its competence.
