The Kyrgyz Republic notifies the following temporary measure:
The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of
the Kyrgyz Republic #4 dated 14 January 2026 on the temporary
export prohibition of recovered (waste and scrap) paper or paperboard
classified by the code 4707 of the HS Code from the Kyrgyz Republic outside
the territory of the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (except
for transit and humanitarian aid rendered by the Cabinet of Ministers of the
Kyrgyz Republic). The Decree enters into force on 2 February 2026, for a
duration of six months.

The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz
Republic #4 dated 14 January 2026 on the temporary export

This is an extension of a measure
which was notified earlier in document _G/MA/QR/N/KGZ/1/Add.50.
