request of the delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Kyrgyz
Republic notifies the following temporary measure:
The
Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #777 dated 3 December 2025
on the temporary export prohibition of coal classified by the HS Codes 27.01
and 27.02 outside the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by motor road (except
for ”Irkeshtam Avtodorozhniy” and “Torugart Avtodorozhniy” border checkpoints).
The Decree enters into force on 8 December 2025, for a duration of six
months.
The
restrictions are not applied to the "Kyrgyzkomur" State Enterprise
when it carries out the export of coal (classified by HS code 27.01
and 27.02) through the border checkpoint of the state border except for
Dostuk Avtodorozhniy” border checkpoint.
The Decree will
enter into force on 8 December 2025, for a duration of six months.

The Decree enters into force on 8 December 2025,
for a duration of six months.
