Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 31 October 2025 No. 1399 "On Amendments to Annex 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24 December 2024 No. 1481", according to which fuel wood (under codes 4401 11 00 00, 4401 12 00 00, 4401 21 00 00, 4401 22 00 00, 4401 22 90 00) and wood in the rough (under code 4403), except pine, are subject to export restriction.

The export restriction for wood in the rough is effective from 1 November 2025, and for fuel wood will be effective from 22 November 2025. The measure will remain in effect until 31 December 2025.
