The Kyrgyz
Republic notifies the following temporary measure:
The Decree of
the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #364 dated 27.06.2025 on the
temporary export prohibition of recovered (waste and scrap) paper or
paperboard classified by the code 4707 of the HS Code from the Kyrgyz
Republic outside the territory of the customs territory of the Eurasian
Economic Union (except for transit and humanitarian aid rendered by the
Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic). The Decree enters into force on
19 July 2024, for a duration of 6 months.

The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz
Republic #364 dated 27.06.2025 on the temporary export prohibition of
recovered (waste and scrap) paper or paperboard classified by the code 4707
of the HS Code from the Kyrgyz Republic outside the territory of the customs

This is a re-introduction of a measure which was
notified earlier in document _G/MA/QR/N/KGZ/1/Add.37.
