The Kyrgyz Republic notifies the following temporary measure:

The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #357 dated 21.06.2025 on the temporary export prohibition of coal classified by the HS Code 2701 and 2702 outside the customs territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Decree enters into force on 9 July 2025, for a duration of 6 months.

The restrictions are not applied to the "Kyrgyzkomur" State Enterprise under the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic when it carries out the export of coal (classified by HS code 2701 and 2702) by road transport through checkpoints on the state border of the Kyrgyz Republic.
