The Kyrgyz Republic notifies the termination of the measures regarding cement notified in _G/MA/QR/N/KGZ/1/Add.45.

The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers #247 dated 12 May 2025 on introduction to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers #169 dated 31 March 2025 of the following amendments: The paragraph 2 of the item 1 to be no longer in force.

The paragraph 2 of the item 1 is related only to portland cement, aluminous cement, slag cement and similar hydraulic cements, whether or not coloured, prepared or in the form of clinkers (except supersulphate cement) classified by HS Code 2523.

The Decree entered into force on 12 May 2025.
