The Kyrgyz Republic notifies the following temporary measure:

The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #115 dated 05.03.2025 on the temporary export prohibition of scrap and waste of ferrous metals for remelting (burden ingots) outside the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Decree enters into force on 20 March 2025, for a duration of 6 months.

Into force on 20 March 2025 for a period of 6 months.

The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #115 dated 05.03.2025 on the temporary export prohibition of scrap and waste of ferrous metals for remelting (burden ingots) outside the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Decree enters into force on 20 March 2025, for a duration of 6 months.

 

This is a re-introduction of a measure which was notified earlier in document _G/MA/QR/N/KGZ/1/Add.34.
