The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic #121 dated 07.03.2025 on temporary prohibition to import of motor vehicle bodies into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for a period of 6 months (with the exception of bodies of motor vehicles intended for production and assembly in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic imported by the "DT Technik" LLC (Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) 02811201210064), "Transnational Corporation Shumkar" Open JSC (TIN 01709202111559), "China‑Kyrgyzstan Joint Automobile Manufacturing Company Zhisu" LLC (TIN 02902202410382), "Shunfa" LLC (TIN 01706201610209), "Murat Avto" LLC (TIN 01010202410378), "Kyrgyz Unaa Kurulush" LLC (TIN 01202201810079), "Meridian Gold" LLC (TIN 01812201710299) classified by HS Code 8707 10 900 0. The Decree enters into force on 29 March 2025, for a duration of six months.
