Invocation of paragraph 5 of Article XXVIII

The following communication, dated 22 April 2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reserves its right under Article XXVIII:5 of the GATT 1994 to modify its Schedule CLVIII during the three-year period commencing on 1 January 2024.
