Invocation of paragraph 5 of Article XXVIII

The following communication, dated 14 December 2023, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Denmark.

We would be grateful if you could inform WTO Members that the Kingdom of Denmark reserves its rights under Article XXVIII:5 of the GATT 1994 to modify Schedule XXII as it relates to Greenland, during the three‑year period commencing on 1 January 2024.
