The following communication,
dated 14
December 2023, is being circulated at the request of
the delegation of Trinidad and Tobago.

Pursuant to paragraph 5 of
Article XXVIII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT 1994),
Trinidad and Tobago wishes to reserve its right to modify its Schedule of
Concessions LXVII during the three-year period commencing on
1 January 2024.
