to paragraph 5 of Article XXVIII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade
(GATT 1994), please be advised that the Government of Colombia wishes to reserve
its right to modify its Schedule of Concessions LXXVI
during the three-year period commencing on 1 January 2024.
