Invocation of paragraph 5 of Article XXVIII

The following communication, dated 11 December 2023, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Sierra Leone.

The Republic of Sierra Leone reserves the right, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 5 of Article XXVIII of the GATT 1994, to modify its Schedule CXX during the three-year period commencing on 1 January 2024.
