The following communication, dated 8 December 2023, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of El Salvador.

El Salvador reserves the right, under Article XXVIII:5 of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994, to modify its Schedule LXXXVII for the duration of the three-year period commencing on 1 January 2024.
