THEMATIC SESSIONs ON THE HARMONIZED SYSTEM AND
SUPPORTING TRADE IN MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS
DECISION ADOPTED ON 18 DECEMBER 2025[1]
The Committee on Market Access
agrees to hold thematic sessions on "The Harmonized System and Supporting
Trade in Menstrual Products" as proposed by several Members in _G/MA/W/190/Rev.2
to take place in 2026, the programme outline for the first thematic session is
contained in the Annex.

procedures were initiated with the circulation of a draft Decision in document _JOB/MA/187, providing Members until 1:00 p.m.
on 18 December 2025 to submit objections. A revised version was
subsequently circulated in document _JOB/MA/187/Rev.1 to take account of comments
received, while maintaining the same deadline. As no further objections were
received within the deadline, the Decision was adopted on 18 December 2025.
