Draft Order of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine "On approval of the Procedure for monitoring and reporting on antimicrobial resistance of zoonotic pathogens and commensal bacteria"

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Order of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine No. 953 "On approval of the Procedure for monitoring and reporting on antimicrobial resistance of zoonotic pathogens and commensal bacteria" of 30 October 2025.

The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 13 November 2025.

This Order was published and entered into force on 12 December 2025.

The Order will be applied from 1 March 2026, the same date as the Law of Ukraine No. 1206-IX "On Veterinary Medicine" (see G/SPS/N/UKR/154 and subsequent addenda).
