of content: The draft Decision
withdraws the requirement for fresh or chilled tomatoes, peppers and
aubergines (eggplants) to be free from Pepino mosaic virus (PepMV) as
currently indicated in the Common Quarantine Phytosanitary Requirements for
Regulated Products and Pests at the Customs Border and in the Customs
Territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
