Description of content: This draft technical regulation applies to salad dressing, emulsified sauce and dipping sauce that are prepared for direct human consumption. This standard does not cover non-emulsified sauces such as tomato sauce, cheese sauce, barbeque sauce, sweet and or chili pepper sauce, and water – based sauces (such as Fish sauce and Oyster sauce).
