Description of content: Based on the actual situation of quarantine supervision work in recent years, the Administrative measures consolidate the following regulations: Measures on the Quarantine and Administration of Hereditary Substance of Inward Animals (Decree No. 47 of the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, AQSIQ, amended by Decree No. 262 of GACC), Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the inspection and Quarantine of Export-Oriented Aquatic Animals (Decree No. 99 of AQSIQ, amended by Decree No. 243 of GACC); Administrative Measures for the Supervision on the Use of the Quarantine Station of Entry Animal (Decree No. 122 of AQSIQ, amended by Decree No. 243 of GACC), and Measures for the Supervision on the inspection and Quarantine of Entry Aquatic Animals (Decree No. 183 of AQSIQ, amended by Decree No. 243 of GACC), but no new requirements have been put forward for overseas related parties.
