Description of content: This standard specifies the hygiene requirements for Sanitized Dining and Drinking Utensils. It applies to sanitized dining and drinking utensils provided by food caterers and centralized disinfection service units, as well as other Sanitized surfaces that come into direct contact with food intended for consumption. Dining and drinking utensils that are used without prior cleaning may be implemented with reference to this standard.
