Adoption
of Import Health Standard: Bovine
Germplasm

New
negotiations for in vitro
produced embryos (IVP) and/or from new markets intending to export to New
Zealand must be negotiated under Import
Health Standard: Bovine Germplasm. They can be used as soon as
they are agreed. Where it is necessary to renegotiate currently agreed
certificates for bovine semen and in vivo
derived embryos (IVD), this will be communicated directly to trading
partners. The existing regulations will remain in effect until 30 October
2025.
