The following communication,
received on 4 June 2025, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation

Classification
of the substance ketoprofen with respect to its maximum residue limit in
foodstuffs of animal origin
|

The
proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/808 (4 February 2025) is now adopted by
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1105 of 3 June 2025 amending
Regulation (EU) No 37/2010 as regards the classification of the substance
ketoprofen with respect to its maximum residue limit in foodstuffs of animal
origin (Text with EEA relevance).
This
Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following its
publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
