Description of content: This Draft East African Standard specifies the requirements sampling and test methods for pasta products derived from wheat flour (Triticum Durum, Triticum Aestivum, Triticum Compactum) or any other suitable flour intended for human consumption. This standard applies to the following pasta products such as macaroni, spaghetti, vermicelli, noodles, short-cut pasta, lasagna, fortified pasta and similar products.
