Addendum
The following communication,
received on 16 April 2025, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation
of United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, Oman,
Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Yemen.

The
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia/The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the
Gulf draft Technical Regulation for "Maximum limits of pesticide
residues in agricultural and food products"

This
draft technical regulation is concerned with the Requirements to be met in
(maximum limits of pesticide residues in agricultural and food products)
ready for human consumption.
In 1 April
2019, Saudi Arabia notified WTO (SPS) about this Technical Regulation (_G/SPS/N/SAU/394).
The updated draft includes modifications in some of maximum limits of
pesticide residues as the following:
