Question 1

Could Brazil please provide more information on the products for which they have executed the Federal Government's Policy for Ensurance of Minimum Prices for 2022‑2023?

Reply:

In calendar years 2022 and 2023, the Government's Policy for Insurance of Minimum Prices was for carried out for maize.

Question 2

Brazil has reported market price support for maize in its DS:1 notification _G/AG/N/BRA/79 for AY 2021/2022 for maize for USD 11,151 thousand. Could Brazil confirm that this was part of the initiatives of the Conab?
