NEW AND FULL NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XVII:4(A) OF THE GATT 1994 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF THE UNDERSTANDING ON THE INTERPRETATION OF ARTICLE XVII

Senegal

The following communication, dated and received on 10 December 2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Senegal.

Pursuant to Article XVII:4(a) of the GATT 1994 and to paragraph 1 of the Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII of the GATT 1994, Senegal hereby notifies the WTO Working Party on State Trading Enterprises that it has not maintained any state trading enterprise, within the meaning of the aforementioned paragraph 1, during the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2023.
