NEW AND FULL NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XVII:4(A) OF
THE GATT 1994 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF THE UNDERSTANDING
ON THE INTERPRETATION OF ARTICLE XVII

Honduras

The following communication, dated and received on 28 June 2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Honduras.

On the instructions of my Government, I have the pleasure to inform the Working Party that, pursuant to Article XVII:4(a) of the GATT 1994 and paragraph 1 of the Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII, the Republic of Honduras hereby notifies that, during the period 2022‑2023, it did not have any state trading enterprises within the meaning of the working definition contained in the aforementioned Understanding.
