NEW AND FULL NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XVII:4(A) OF THE
GATT 1994 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF THE UNDERSTANDING ON
THE INTERPRETATION OF ARTICLE XVII

Argentina

The following communication, dated and received on 23 June 2023, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Argentina.

In accordance with Article XVII:4(a) of the GATT 1994 and paragraph 1 of the Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII, and in response to the notification requirements contained in document _G/STR/N/20, which covers the 2022-2023 period, Argentina hereby notifies that it has not maintained any state trading enterprises within the meaning of the working definition in the above‑mentioned Understanding.
