The following communication, dated and
received on 9 January 2026, is being circulated at the request of the
delegation of Indonesia.

Pursuant to Articles 12.1(c) of the WTO Agreement on
Safeguards, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia hereby notifies
the issuance of Minister of Finance's Regulation Number 98 of year 2025 dated 22
December 2025, promulgated in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia
Number 1219 of Year 2025 dated 31 December 2025, regarding the imposition of a
safeguard measure on the importation of Cotton Fabric, for a period of 3 years
started on 10 January 2026 until 9 January 2029. Minister of Finance's
Regulation Number 98 of year 2025 can be found in the website of the Indonesian
