Low-Density Polyethylene having a specific gravity of less than 0.94, in other
than liquid or paste or powder form
The following
communication, dated and received on 2 December 2025, is being circulated at
the request of the delegation of Indonesia.

Pursuant
to Articles 12.1(b) of the Agreement on Safeguards, the Government of the
Republic of Indonesia submits a notification on finding serious injury or
threat thereof, to the domestic industries producing "Linear Low-Density
Polyethylene having a specific gravity of less than 0.94, in other than liquid
or paste or powder form" hereinafter referred to as "LLDPE" and
a notification of proposed safeguard measures. This notification contains all
pertinent information relating to the proposed safeguard measures in accordance
with Article 12.2 of the Agreement on Safeguards and an offer of consultations
pursuant to Article 12.3 of the Agreement on Safeguards.
