NOTIFICATION OF LAWS AND REGULATIONS UNDER
ARTICLES 18.5, 32.6 AND 12.6 OF THE AGREEMENTS

Solomon Islands

The following communication, dated and received on 9 July 2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the Solomon Islands.

With reference to Article 18.5 of the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994, Article 32.6 of the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and Article 12.6 of the Agreement on Safeguards, the Government of the Solomon Islands hereby notifies the Committees on Anti‑Dumping Practices, Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and Safeguards that the Solomon Islands has no specific laws and/or regulations on anti‑dumping, countervailing or safeguard measures. Should there be any change or new development in this matter, Solomon Islands will promptly notify the Committees.
